While the original bridge was built back in 1912, its current span was only completed in 1982.

One of the most famous US bridges is located in Tampa, Florida. One of the things that you need to know about this bridge is that just 3 years after being completed, there was a crash. The new Sunshine Skyway Bridge was then rebuilt and it is now called one of the top 10 bridges in the world.
